What should I do if I am unhappy with my results?

Any student who is not happy with their results should first speak to a member of the Academy staff on Results Day.  We will be able to discuss your options with you and advise you on what to do next; you may still be able to progress on your chosen pathway even if your results are not what you had hoped for.

Collection of Exam Certificates

PLEASE NOTE: Certificates from Summer 2024 will not be available to collect until December.  

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU COLLECT YOUR EXAM CERTIFICATES. YOU MAY NEED THESE IN THE FUTURE.

If you want another person to collect the certificates on your behalf, they will require a letter from you stating who they are and that you have given permission for them to collect your certificates. That person will need to bring photo ID.
