This opportunity is given to our students by ensuring the highest standard of inclusive education to support their learning across all subject areas, coupled with extensive pastoral care, premised upon strong relationships, and knowing each of our students as the unique individuals they are.  We value the personal development of every child and ensure everyone accesses our personal development programme, that includes excellent careers advice and guidance from early on in our students’ time at Washington Academy.

We have the highest expectations for our students, staff, parents/carers and governing body in working with us as a true community to continually seek best practice and improve the provision for our students, and in turn are extremely proud of all of our students.
